Project Information:
Simms Building Group team did a complete exterior renovation of the busy Sherwin Williams Paint Store in the Metropolitan St. Louis Are without hindering the productivity of the store. The exterior renovation consisted of new EFIS, windows, canopy and a fresh coat of paint.
Vaughn Elderly Housing

Project Information:
This project consisted of a new design/build 111-unit senior assisted living complex and parking lot. The complex include a community room,billiards room, fitness center, beauty salon, medical examination office, courtyard, gardening beds and a sun porch. The apartments offer individually controlled heating and air conditioning, carpeting, fully equipped kitchens and ample closet space. Simms Building Group teamed with Brinkmann Constructor and delivered a completed facility on time and in budget by way of value engineering.

Project Information:
Simms building Group completed the finish out for a perspective tenant in the storefront strip mall. This space consisted of approximately 3,000 SF that was reconstructed into two different retail spaces. The tenant finished portion included extensive millwork, countertops, flooring a restroom and a fresh coat of paint. Simms completed this work within a 3 week time frame.
