Project Information:
Simms Building Group worked strenuously with a great team of subcontractors to deliver this project to the owner on time despite significant weather delays. One unique feature of this particular banking facility is the introduction of the virtual teller stations. The virtual teller stations are similar to that of the drive up but are located on the inside of the bank. Transactions between the customer and bank teller are made through the use of video screens at each station.
Center Oil Ethanol Plant
Budget: $825,000
Project Information:
Simms Building Group were responsible for four buildings: Administrative Building, Receiving Building, Laboratory Testing Building and Maintenance Facility building interior renovation.
Boeing Restroom Renovation
Budget: $ 210,000
Project Information:
Renovation of three restrooms located on Boeings Campus. Simms role for the project was complete demolition of the restrooms and installation of new tile walls and flooring along with new bathroom fixtures such a urinals, toilets and solid surface countertops. Also include in this project was a new light cove lighting system over the restroom stalls.
